♦ Most Washington state insurance accepts naturopathic medical care; check with your insurance to be certain.

♦ Dr. White is an out of network provider for all insurance companies.

To determine your amount of coverage for services, please call your insurance and ask these questions:
1. Is naturopathic medical office visits covered by my insurance plan?
2. What are my out of network benefits (out of network deductible and out of network percentage of reimbursement)?
3. Is my deductible a combined in and out of network deductible?

♦ Dr. White’s medical office will courtesy bill your insurance carrier for you so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.

• Please bring your insurance card and ID with you to your visit.

• Most insurance provides payment directly to our clinic.  However, some insurance requires the patient to pay at the time of the visit while being reimbursed personally.
