Fees
What to Expect in Fees
Missed appointment/late cancellation
-
Appointments must be canceled with at least 24-hours notice otherwise a late-cancellation fee will apply. See Other Fees under the Additional Services tab under Costs of Treatment.
-
Special consideration will be given to emergencies. If the appointment is missed or canceled with less than 24-hours notice, the missed appointment/late cancelation fee is due before the next scheduled appointment.
Payment
-
Payment is with cash, check, or credit card at the time of the visit.
-
For patients without insurance, full fees are due at the time of service. For patients with insurance see the next section for details.
Insurance
-
Please bring your insurance card and ID with you to your visit.
-
Most insurance accepts naturopathic care; check with your insurance to be certain.
-
Visit fees for patients with insurance are a percentage of the fees listed; they are based on insurance coverage and the deductible that has been satisfied so far in the year.
-
Most insurance provides payment directly to our clinic. However, some insurance requires the patient to pay at the time of the visit while being reimbursed personally.
-
Please discuss insurance and the percentage of payment with the practitioner.
-
For insurance reimbursement and payment, our medical office will submit the bill to your insurance carrier.
